Kiddie Room Painting

Dr. Seuss is the best ever!!! As you can see, I totally dig the doc. These are pics of the walls of one of the day care rooms and of 2 of the toy boxes Chris made for me from a barrel. He cut it in half and added a bottom, then I painted it and added pool noodles to the top of one. It was so fun! The little girl by the number toy box is Paige, she is my newest addition and is really quite sweet.

Painting Fools

These are 4 of my favorite day care kids :) Lindsey (green shirt) & McKenna (in front) are 3 and Lace (in back) & Brooke are 5. They play so well together and it makes my job so fun!!! We got a new couch and we made forts out of the boxes it came in :) They still haven't played in the forts, but they sure did have fun painting them.

So, I asked Chris what he wanted to say on here and of course he gives me the best response ever.....HAPPINESS FOREVER!!! We might be a little cheesy but we sure are happy!!!!!!!!!

More Silly Dog

I am tempted to feel bad for Daisy at first but, nah...it was just way too funny watching this. I had to make her pose for the pic! She is with Lindsey (brown shirt) and Laci (pink), 2 of the girls that come for daycare. They simply adore the dog, well everything except her 'dragon breath' according to Lindsey (3yrs old).

Silly Dog

The dog is not allowed on the furniture...or at least that is what I like to tell myself. I guess we never specified sitting on someone on the furniture! Daisy crawls up in his lap like a little baby the minute he sits down. It is great to see her so cozy and happy. She came to live with us after my father passed away and she had a little bit of a tough time adjusting at first. Obviously, she has found her spot in our little family!
