Our Story

Getting checked in to All Star Music Resort at Disney!

Everyone was so friendly and open, of course they get paid to be but it was still very nice! Smiles all over the place. Jonathan got a balloon and he got to sign the back of his own room key/disney entrance card. He was pretty stoked about that! We had to use his key any time we went anywhere with him, it was sweet! The housekeeping staff made little animals out of the towels and washclothes and set them on the bed or in the window. That was cool too, I think Grammy might still have one! I know there is not much evidence, but I promise I was on this vacation :)

Well I am not the greatest videographer and I didn't realize that we actually got sound on our camera until I played this after posting it...lol. I would have played commentator too if I had known :)

Can't go to Florida and not play golf!

Jonathan got a hole in one and he was soooooo proud! He actually wanted his picture taken that time :) Then off to dinner to celebrate a great game!!

Speed Racers!!

Wow, I am not sure who had more fun!!! Them racing or me watching. It was pretty funny, there was quite the race going between Grampa and Chris/Jonathan. Poor Grammy got stuck at the start and that couple of seconds worth of delay cost her the win!!! Chris/Jonathan got off to a great start and kept the lead till about half way through. That's when all of Grampa's race training took over and he dominated the track!

We took Grammy and Grampa to our favorite park in Ocala! Jonathan did not want to leave, but he gave up the fight when I told him if he didn't leave peacefully then we would not be coming back. I am sooooo mean!

Party 1 of 3 for Jonathan on his 5th Birthday

Daddy and I snuck around and set up a little suprise for Jonathan while he was out walking with Grammy and Grampa. He had written his Birthday list earlier that day with Daddy...he wanted a phone! It was first on the list, I think we will wait a little longer for that. We had cheesecake, of course, because it is his favorite...just like Dad! He was very surprised and not sure he was happy with us when he walked in the door. As soon as he realized there were presents, all was forgiven!
